As a thank you to all of our online Today’s Eyes customers, we will offer free priority shipping with USPS for all orders $399 and above. Orders under $399 will be charged a flat USPS rate of $7.20 per frame for priority shipping. We will notify the customer of oversized packaging, as the cost of shipping may increase. Any special and/or expedited requests will be handled with custom shipping quotes.
Additional charges may apply to orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
We apologize that we cannot accommodate shipping outside of the U.S. at this time.
At Today’s Eyes, we stand behind everything we sell and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you find yourself unsatisfied with your frame for any reason, we will happily accept returns. Please see the “Criteria for Returns” section below to verify eligibility prior to shipping your order back to us. Eligible returns will be processed for a full refund as long as they are delivered to our office within 30 days of original ship date from our store. A store credit will be applied for any item shipped within 31 to 60 days of receipt. Any product over 60 days will not eligible for refunds or store credit.
Criteria for Returns
Items must be in new/unused condition
Refunds/store credits will not be applied for items that are damaged, dirty, missing
contents, not in their original packaging, or have obvious signs of use.
We do not offer returns or store credit on frames that have been custom made for the
patient. We will advise you of this at the time of purchase of any frame that is considered
a custom frame.

Once you have made your purchase, you are at liberty to use your frame as you choose.
This includes having prescription lenses installed by your local optician. Should you
choose to return your frame AFTER prescription lenses have been installed, it will only
be accepted with original demo lenses replaced and NO signs of damage to the frame.
If there are any signs of damage, all warranties and refunds will be voided.

Items must be mailed in a box with all contents in the condition in which they were received. (Please refer to Criteria for Returns)
Include the receipt that came with the order or a note with your name, address, and DOB.
Buyer is responsible for all costs of return shipping. Purchases may be subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. Today’s Eyes is not responsible for items lost in transit, therefore, we highly recommend shipping through a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
We will make every effort to complete your credit/refund within 2-5 business days after merchandise
arrives in our office. However, based on volume, returns may occasionally take longer.
The return department operates M-F. Returns received on Saturdays or holiday's will be processed on the following business day.
If the item you wish to return has a defect due to a fault in the materials or workmanship, please contact our Customer Service team. They will help facilitate a warranty claim with the manufacturer. Most manufacturer’s warranty frames for one year from time of purchase on defects. This does not include wear and tear. We stand behind the warranty offered by each individual manufacturer.

Even though we do our best to keep our website up to date, a frame may be pictured on our website, but not readily available for immediate shipping. Should an anticipated wait time of over 2 weeks be encountered, we will advise you of the time needed to get the frame to you. Some frames are not manufactured until they are ordered or may be coming from Europe. There is also the possibility of a back-order due to demand and manufacturing capacity. Each manufactures production schedules vary and back ordered dates may change.
