We accept most major eye care insurance plans, including VSP (VSP Signature and VSP Choice), Superior Vision, Spectera, Avesis and EyeMed.
To find out whether we accept your vision plan, please contact us and provide the following information:
- The name and ID of the insurance plan,
- The social security number and date of birth of the primary cardholder, and
- The patient's date of birth.
